    General Manager

    Reporting Line: Chief Executive Officer

    Level: Manager

    Job Overview:

    This is a leadership role responsible for driving the overall strategic vision and operational efficiency of the company. You will oversee daily business operations, ensure team alignment with organizational goals, and monitor project execution to maintain high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams, optimizing resources, and ensuring client satisfaction

    Job Responsibilities

    • Works with the Chief Executive Office  to develop cohesive and productive goals for the company and designs ways to meet them.
    • Foster a culture of creativity, growth, and continuous learning within the team.
    • Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision to drive business growth and market expansion.
    • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
    • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
    • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize profitability.
    • Maintains consistency over the quality and message of the creative team’s output.
    • Set clear performance goals and monitor team productivity, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
    • Anticipate the future direction of the industry using both research and own insight, and brings the company into the fore of that trajectory.
    • Establish and refine workflows to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
    • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and client objectives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
    • Mentor and develop team members, providing feedback and opportunities for growth.
    • Manage key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
    • Supervise campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis to meet client objectives.
    • Provide support under the direction of the CEO to external organizations
    • Drive innovation in digital marketing strategies, adopting new tools and technologies.

    Requirements & Competencies

    • Ability to develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
    • Must be familiar with a variety of branding and marketing strategies.
    • Must know how to nurture and adapt an existing brand to suit changing circumstances within the company and the industry.
    • Must be incredibly self-motivated and innovative.
    • Must be creative with a unique approach to persistent problems, adding value to existing products and deriving positives from negatives.
    • Must be able to take charge of any situation, exerting a dominant vision and encouraging others to support that vision.
