Job Responsibilities (in Summary)

• Full P&L ownership; hit aggressive but realistic monthly sales & profit targets
• Reopen and run 1–2 flagship outlets + cloud kitchen.
• Set up and manage delivery operations including third-party platforms and in-house riders.
• Build and lead a small, high-energy team.
• Oversee production scheduling, stock control, and quality assurance.
• Drive marketing & social media (content calendar, promotions, influencer partnerships).
• Secure and manage corporate/school/event contracts.
• Send daily/weekly report (transparent numbers) to the Founder.

Major Requirements

• A degree or HND in Home Economics, Hospitality Management, Food Science, Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
• A higher degree (e.g. MBA, M.Sc.) may be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years with proven track record in Food and Beverage/Quick Service Restaurant at Branch Manager level or higher.
• Delivery operations & rider‑fleet expertise; numbers‑driven (sales, stock, cost).
• Strong people skills, deep Abuja market & traffic insight, and social‑media savvy.
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
