    General Farm Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead a 5-year development and operations roadmap
    • Oversee land use zoning, mechanized systems & staff teams
    • Implement irrigation, infrastructure, and processing facilities
    • Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and C of O terms

    Requirements:

    • B.Sc/M.Sc in Agriculture or related
    • 7+ years in large-scale farm operations
    • Proven track record in leading agro-projects at scale
    • Experience with digital and precision agriculture tools
