Full Stack Engineer ( React/Vue/Svelte/Node) at PressOne Africa

In this role, you will:

• Develop, manage, and optimize our scalable RESTful APIs for integrations with external platforms (e.g., Websites, CRM, Automation tools, payment gateways) according to best practices.
• Lead the initiative to integrate our service with popular CRM and Helpdesk softwares, ensuring seamless communication between platforms.
• Own and manage the lifecycle of existing PressOne integration extensions and web SDKs, ensuring their smooth operation and compatibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing) to implement new features.
• Write automated unit tests using established testing frameworks and actively participate in code reviews with constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the continuous integration and deployment processes to ensure code quality, maximum speed and scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including API reference guides, user guides, and system configuration changes.

Requirements

You are a perfect fit if you:

• Have three or more years with the following technologies; React, Vue, Svelte & Node
• Have hands-on experience building standalone software solutions and SDKs.
• Possess an interest in how systems are built, whether machines or software.
• Are more interested in the problem than in the product. You are a problem solver, an engineer, not just someone who learned to write code.
• Have an obsessive interest in entrepreneurs, and the problem we are solving.
