Full Stack/IT Manager at Mshel Homes Ltd

Mshel Homes Limited is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee our IT department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a full-stack developer and the ability to apply their technical expertise to manage, prioritize, and execute on the company's IT initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, software development, and IT support.
2.  Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on PHP, Codeigniter, and Laravel for backend development.
3.  Proficiency in front-end technologies including Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
4.  Strong expertise in Bootstrap for responsive web design.
5.  Experience in integrating and developing RESTful APIs.
6. Strong understanding of database systems, particularly MySQL.
7.  Knowledge of Agile development methodology.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10.  Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
11. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
12. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
13.  Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient and secure IT systems and processes.
14. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of custom software applications and web-based solutions to support the company's business objectives.
15.  Manage IT projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
16.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address their IT-related needs and requirements.
17. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of the company's IT infrastructure.
18. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and recommend and implement solutions to improve the company's IT capabilities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a full-stack developer, with expertise in a wide range of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
3. Proven experience in leading and managing an IT department, with a track record of successful project management and team leadership.
4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and devise effective solutions.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
6. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, software development life cycles, and IT infrastructure management.
