Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Officer to support our production and distribution operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders, coordinating dispatch, and ensuring accurate documentation while maintaining effective communication with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and track customer orders from production to final delivery
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment
• Prepare and update fulfillment records using Microsoft Excel
• Monitor stock availability and report shortages or discrepancies
• Communicate order status, delays, or issues clearly to relevant stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience in a fulfillment, logistics, or production support role
• Good working knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary
