    Responsibilities

    • Design principles and template definitions;
    • Design delivery plan development;Design progress control,Design quality control
    • Design team organization and management;
    • Coordination and communication between teams（Clients, Subcontractors, Internal）

    Requirements

    • Extensive experience in FTTX and Home Connection project execution.
    • Experienced in team management.
    • Professional working proficiency in English.
