    Front Office Assistant

    Role Description

    • We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Assistant to join our team at our bustling office located in Lagos.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch administrative support, maintaining schedules, managing phone communications, and handling various clerical duties.
    • Additionally, this role requires proficiency in graphic design and video content creation, along with a strong computer aptitude.
    • Previous experience with travel agency processes and knowledge would be considered a significant advantage. Lastly diligence is something we hold dear, Close proximity to Abraham Adesanya is an advantage.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations.
    • Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
    • Maintain professional phone etiquette and handle inquiries effectively.
    • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
    • Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing materials.
    • Employ video content creation knowledge to produce engaging multimedia content.

    • Interpersonal Skills and Phone Etiquette
    • Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Administrative Assistance
    • Clerical Skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
