Front-End Developer at Odixcity Consulting

Responsibilities

• Design and implement interactive functionality to boost user involvement.
• Collaborate with designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to turn ideas into functional features.
• Ensure websites load quickly and run smoothly by optimizing code and assets.
• Optimize performance for speed and scalability.
• Test and fix issues to ensure consistent performance across different web browsers and devices.
• Debugging the front end and reporting bugs in back end to Back End Developers.
• Maintaining websites for long-term clients, making design and content changes as requested.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or a relating field.
• Fluency in several coding languages including HTML, JavaScript, CSS and jQuery.
• Proficiency operating content management and ecommerce systems including WordPress, Joomla and Drupal.
• Proficiency working with cloud solutions, including Amazon Web Services and Azure.
• Artistic creativity for collaborating with Web Designers and clients as required.
• Familiarity with best practices for usability, conversion optimization and accessibility.
• Diagnostic accuracy and problem-solving for debugging websites.
