Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Attend to over the phone and on whatsapp customers
- Do a follow up customer service
- Convert inquiries to sales.
- Ensure customers receive the best possible service and increase repeat business
Qualifications:
- O'level or ND holder
