Qualifications

• Strong phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and clerical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record in providing outstanding customer service
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or a related field
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Minimum of 1 year work experience is required

Responsibilities:

• Serves visitors by greeting and welcoming also directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains security and telecommunications system. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries. 
• The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service.
