Front Desk Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 0 - 2 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Administration / Facilities , Customer Care, Success and Service
Job Description
- Deal directly with the customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
- Record details of actions taken.
Requirements
- Candidates should reside within and around Ikeja Axis
- HND / B.Sc. in any related discipline
- 0-2 years’ experience.
- Good command of English Language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Maximum 30 years of age
