    Front Desk Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and assist visitors, staff, and partners professionally
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
    • Maintain records, files, and office supplies inventory
    • Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth daily operations
    • Handle correspondence and basic documentation accurately

    Requirements

    • 1-2 years experience in front desk, reception, or admin roles preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office management tools
