As the Front Desk Officer, you will manage reception duties while supporting inventory control, ensuring smooth customer interaction and proper stock management within the organization.
Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in clients, handle inquiries, and manage front desk operations professionally
Manage incoming calls, messages, and customer communication channels
Maintain and monitor stock records, including receiving and issuing items
Conduct periodic stock counts and report discrepancies
Support basic administrative tasks and ensure proper documentation
Requirements
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in front desk, admin, or retail roles
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Basic knowledge of inventory management and record keeping
