Job Description: We are seeking to hire a Front Desk Officer for our client, a Fintech company based at Yaba, Lagos. The successful candidate must be able to manage the front office professionally.
Job Responsibilities:
Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
Greet and welcome guests
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Receive Letters, packages, etc. and distribute them
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
Check, sort, and forward emails,
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Keep updated records and files
Monitor office expenses and costs
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)
Requirements:
Minimum of OND, HND, BSc. qualifications in any relevant course
Minimum of 2 - 4 years experience as a Front Desk officer
Good knowledge and use of computers and applications including Microsoft Suits and Google Suits.
Excellent communication and writing skills
Good interpersonal relationship skills
Neat, presentable, well coordinated, organized and smart
Ability to multitask
