    Front Desk Officer

    Job Description: We are seeking to hire a Front Desk Officer for our client, a Fintech company with branches around Nigeria. The candidate must be able to manage the front office professionally.

    Locations: (Nationwide); Lagos, Oyo, Ogun, Abuja, Rivers, Ondo, Kano, Kaduna, Benue, Kwara, Ekiti, Cross River, Enugu, Edo, Niger, Katsina, Anambra, Akwa Ibom, Delta, Imo etc…

    Salary: 120,000 - 150,000 (HMO & Pension)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.)

    • Greet and welcome guests

    • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages

    • Receive Letters, packages, etc. and distribute them

    • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.

    • Check, sort, and forward emails,

    • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

    • Keep updated records and files

    • Monitor office expenses and costs

    • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of OND, HND, BSc. qualifications in any course 

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role or customer service 

    • Good knowledge and use of computers and applications including Microsoft Suits and Google Suits.

    • Excellent communication and writing skills

    • Good interpersonal relationship skills

    • Neat, presentable, well coordinated, organized and smart

    • Ability to multitask
