Job Summary

• We are seeking a well-presented, courteous, and organised Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients and visitors professionally
• Manage calls, enquiries, and correspondence
• Handle front desk operations and visitor records
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers about the Company's products.
• Perform basic administrative duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field
• Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
