Job Summary

• A reputable Consulting firm is seeking to engage a Front Desk Officer to support front office operations and serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners.
• This opportunity is ideal for a Corps Member currently serving or redeployed to Abuja who is looking to gain valuable experience in a professional and service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients, guests, and visitors with professionalism
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
• Maintain the reception area and manage front office functions
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the admin and operations team
• Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and front-desk coordination

Requirements

• Currently serving NYSC Corps Member posted to Abuja
• HND or B.Sc. in any discipline (preferably Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Neat appearance and a professional attitude.
