Job Description

• Providing a friendly and professional welcome to customers
• Strong communication skills, empathy and provide information on product and services to prospective and new customers.
• Handling customer complaints and trobleshooting issues with products or services.
• Following up with clients or customers to check their satisfaction on purchases by phone or through the company's social account.
• Ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Responsibilities

• Candidates must possess relevant qualifications
• 1 - 3 years experience
• Proven work experience as a Front Desk officer is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Candidate must be smart and must be able to hold professional conversation
• Must reside around Mokola, Oke Ado, Challenge or Molete.

Salary
N50,000 - N55,000 Monthly.
