Responsibilities

• Handling guest inquiries and complaints:Answering questions, providing information, and resolving issues
• Promoting hotel services:Promoting hotel services, seasonal packages, and loyalty programs
• Administrative duties:Maintaining the front desk, following standard operating procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and health policies
• Communicating with other departments:Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Greeting guests:Welcoming guests and providing a great first impression
• Managing reservations:Taking reservations, updating guest information, and ensuring bookings are accurate
• Check-in and check-out:Registering guests, allocating rooms, and managing the check-out process.

Requirements

• HND / OND qualification with 2 years of experience.
