Front Desk Officer (Beauty Bar) at Tres Chic Beauty & Salon Limited

Job Description

• Answer phone calls according to beauty store’s protocols and ensuring zero calls are missed as well as converting 70% of calls to actual sales
• Prepare reports as requested by superior:
  • Daily Sales Report
  • Customer Feedback report
  • Inventory report
  • Marketing Activity report
• Weekly activity report
• Handle customers’ queries and complaints and when beyond control, escalate to superior
• Input and reconcile at day’s end, all transactions that have occurred as well as sign off (Sales and expenses)
• Identify loyal customers and come up with ideas that will stimulate at least 50% growth in their average purchase price and also increase their customer lifetime value

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
• At least 50 new customers monthly through traditional marketing.
• Be able to use social media tools to post on behalf of the business.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 monthly.
