Job Summary

• We are currently in need of Front Desk/Customer
• Experience Interns who are eloquent, welcoming, and passionate about self-growth while contributing to the development of our organisation.
• The ideal candidate must be able to command respect through their persuasive approach to addressing clients, their dress sense, and sense of humour while maintaining high professionalism in carrying out their responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Interested persons will work Mondays to Saturdays carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Attending to clients' complaints and ensuring that they are satisfied while following up to ensure that solutions are provided to their complaints.
• Provide an environment wherestaff can be healthy and perform at their utmost best.
• Attend to online requests and queries for the organisation and any assigned clients.
• Be the face of the organisation by providing ambience in the work environment.
• Liaise with the office assistants to ensure that the environment is neat and healthy at all times.
