    Front Desk / Customer Service Officer

    Job Summary

    • Are you a friendly and enthusiastic individual with a passion for travel and excellent customer service skills? We are currently seeking a Front Desk Officer to join our dynamic team!

    Responsibilities
    As our Front Desk / Customer Service Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and assistance during their travel experiences. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

    • Welcoming visitors and clients with a warm and inviting demeanor, providing them with all the information they need.
    • Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Assisting clients with bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
    • Providing information about our travel services, destinations, and packages, and offering personalized recommendations to clients.
    • Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records accurately.
    • Supporting the marketing team with promotional activities and events as needed.

    Requirements
    To be successful in this role, you'll need:

    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or front desk role.
    • A genuine passion for travel and a desire to help others explore new destinations.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and pleasing personality.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong computer literacy skills.
    • A National Diploma or equivalent qualification.
    • Resident in Ikeja and it’s environs.
