Front Desk & Customer Care Executive
- Job Type Full Time , Onsite
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience None
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Customer Care, Success and Service
- Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
- Welcome customers and Visitors
- Responds promptly to calls, emails, WhatsApp and social media enquires.
- Schedule photography sessions and studio rentals.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients.
- Process invoices, receipts and bookings.
- Maintain client records and databases.
- Delivers exceptional customer services before, during and after every bookings.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must live in Yaba or it’s environs
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficency in Microsoft office and Google Workspace.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service is preferred.
- Experience using social media and whatsapp business.
