Receive all Customers, welcome all incoming Customers by standing up and smiling warmly at them.
Keep reception tidy and welcoming for all potential Customers.
Advise Customers on our products and make recommendations to them in line with their needs.
Cross-sell and up-sell company’s products and services to Customers.
Assist the Customer Service representatives to handle orders via social media platforms.
Process Customers’ orders and liaise with the logistics team for packaging.
Oversee all products displayed in the show room; take inventory every morning & evenings and ensure alignment with numbers on the system.
Ensure the showroom is stocked to maximum capacity at all times and products are arranged in an organized manner.
Follow up with new and existing Customers through phone calls and messages as well as support in the implementation of other Customer retention initiatives.
Implement Customer service strategies for increasing sales. Ensure that assigned sales targets are met periodically.
Retire cash and POS transactions to the appropriate authority at close of business.
Other Duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS.
Must be a lady
A minimum of B.SC/HND
1-year experience as a Customer Service officer in a call center.
