• B.Sc in any Social Science course (Insurance, Actuarial Science, Economics, etc.) with a minimum grade of 2:2 (Second Class Lower) 
• Less than 2 years' work experience
• Must have completed NYSC 
• Professional Certification in Insurance, Risk Management or Actuarial Science is an added Advantage.

Person Specification

• Not more than 28 years old 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Proactive and eager to learn attitude:
• Good interpersonal skills
• Great analytical skills and mindset
• Good team player.

Other Criteria:

• Must be a resident in Lagos.
