• Communicating effectively with management to share information about student progress, concerns, and support strategies.
• Providing individualized support to students who may be struggling or require additional support
• Continuously seeking opportunities for professional growth and staying updated on best practices in teaching and subject-matter knowledge.
• Working collaboratively with other teachers, administrators, and staff members to enhance the school's educational programs and student outcomes.
• Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, selecting appropriate teaching materials and resources, and ensuring curriculum coverage.
• Assess student performance and set goals
• Use technology to enhance learning experiences
• Setting assessments and overseeing examinations

• Engage & encourage students to learn
