Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Content Creator / Social Media Manager to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and drive brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with company goals
• Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, reels) for social media platforms
• Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan and schedule posts using content calendars
• Run and monitor paid social media campaigns (ads)
• Engage with followers, respond to messages, and build an online community
• Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to promote properties
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
• Stay updated with social media trends and real estate marketing strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Ability to create high-quality visual and written content
• Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
