Plan and execute concrete works, including precast and site concrete pouring.
Arranging materials and allocating crews for concrete production activities.
Collaborate with batching plant operators, carpentry and steel fixing, other foremen to ensure timely, quality and safe work execution.
Train and develop masons and helpers on proper techniques and equipment handling.
Monitor equipment/ mixers, tools, precast molds, and material usage and report any shortages.
Report Manpower daily (Manpower Time Sheet / Concrete production report)
Monitor team performance and provide feedback to superiors for improvement.
REQUIREMENT:
BSC in any relevant field
A proven track record in the construction industry, specifically concrete production, precast, and pouring at site, in the field of asphalt road construction and associated civil activities.
Know-how of concreting activities, including precast of drains and box culverts.
Strong understanding of material control, production planning, and concrete quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and follow superior instructions.
