Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement menus, promotions, and events to increase sales.
• Manage kitchen operations, ensuring quality, presentation, and food safety.
• Supervise culinary staff, providing training and mentorship.
• Control inventory, minimize waste, and optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with the executive team to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Food and Beverages Manager or similar role.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
• In-depth knowledge of culinary operations, menu engineering, and food safety.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic accounting and financial management skills.
• Certification in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field (desired).
• Resident of Lekki or nearby areas (essential, as accommodation is not provided).
