Fluids Advisor at Estymol Oil Services

Role Summary:

Provides expert technical guidance on drilling, completion, and workover fluid systems to optimize wellbore stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design fluid programs, evaluate mud logging and lab reports, troubleshoot fluid-related downhole issues, and manage fluid service providers.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum of 10–12 years of specialized experience in drilling and completion fluids engineering.
• Deep knowledge of non-aqueous and water-based mud systems, hydraulics, and formation damage control.
• Strong analytical and advisory skills.
