Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with seating and provide menus when required.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and the dining area.
• Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Assist with maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Work closely with kitchen, bar, cashier, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support other restaurant activities as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Well-groomed, polite, and professional.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
