Floor Sales Representative at Fadac Resources

Our client is an FMCG retail outlets all around Nigeria. They specialize in the wholesale distribution of home appliances products. They are in need of a Floor Sales Representative for their office in Lagos.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Maintaining client records.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.

Job Requirements         

• Minimum of an HND/B.Sc./BA in any discipline. 
• 0 – 2 years work experience (Previous Retail Sales experience will be an advantage)
• Strong communication skills
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Should be a team player
• Demonstrate exceptional selling skills
• Strong commitment to service and a genuine curiosity and interest in people.
