Flight Reservation Officer at Allicom Travels

We are looking for detail-oriented flight reservation officer to assist our customers with their booking needs and market all our travel products and services. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making travel suggestions, and booking flight tickets, hotel rooms and tours. etc.

The knowledge of GDS is a must with minimum a year working experience.

The ideal person must reside in Lagos Island or its surrounding area.

Job descriptions

• Make professional and accurate travel arrangements for our clients including air and ground transportation reservations.
• Helping passengers and customers with all travel-related inquiries including but not limited to changes or cancellations, and promoting special offers.
• Sell travel products like tours/holidays and provide detailed advice on routes and destinations.
• Converse with customers to determine travel dates and financial considerations.
• Build and maintain cordial relationships with all clients; meet and strive to exceed quality and productivity goals.
• Using Amadeus GDS and other reservation systems to check availability and booking.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert them to sales.
• Contribute to revenue growth and profit margin of the organization by meet up with sales target.
• Maintaining statistical and financial records.
• Work with impressive attention to detail.
