Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor catering logistics for departing and arriving flights
• Ensure timely and accurate loading of catering supplies onto aircraft
• Liaise with airline representatives, ground handling teams, and catering staff to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct pre-flight checks to confirm orders align with airline requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and flight catering records
• Adhere to all aviation safety and security regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in flight dispatch or aviation-related logistics
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of airport operations and aviation safety procedures is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
