Fleet Operations Officer at Asphalt Unity Construction Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the company’s fleet of vehicles.
• Monitor and track all company vehicles using GPS or fleet management software.
• Coordinate daily vehicle assignments, routes, and driver schedules.
• Ensure that fleet operations comply with company policies and government regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle use, fuel consumption, service history, and inspections.
• Liaise with drivers to provide support and resolve any operational issues.
• Schedule routine maintenance and repairs in coordination with service providers.
• Assist in analyzing fleet performance data and generating reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in fleet efficiency and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

Requirements:

• BSc/HND in Transport Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or transport operations.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts as scheduled.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance processes and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
