Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a proactive Fleet Assistant who plays a vital role in ensuring smooth fleet operation and maintenance of the vehicles in the company.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily fleet operation and documenting of vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and vehicle papers

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily fleet operations and documentation
• Ensure drivers and bikers adherence to schedules and safety standards
• Monitor vehicle preventive and corrective maintenance and documentation
• Oversee proper fuel management for all vehicles and input all fuel information into the company’s ERP software
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory fleet policies
• Flexibility to undertake additional assignments delegated by the Fleet Manager
• Demonstrate the ability to perform various duties and responsibilities as directed by the executive management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in fleet operation
• Strong knowledge of logistics, vehicle maintenance, and Nigerian road regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using fleet tracking systems and ERP software
• Strong in operating the Microsoft office efficiently
• Candidate must reside within or around Amuwo Odofin.
• Age: 24 - 35 years old.
