Fire Fighter at Eko Maintenance Limited

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and emergency preparedness standards.
• Respond promptly to fire alarms and emergency situations, including fire outbreaks, rescue operations, and hazardous material incidents.
• Extinguish fires and minimize damage using appropriate firefighting techniques and equipment.
• Perform rescue and life-saving operations, including administering first aid and CPR where necessary.
• Identify fire hazards and enforce safety codes to prevent incidents.
• Inspect, test, and maintain firefighting equipment, including hydrants and emergency response tools.

Relevant Work Experience / Qualification

• Minimum of OND/HND
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in firefighting or emergency response.
• Proficiency in First Aid and CPR techniques
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work under pressure.
