Financial Planning and Wealth Management Associate (Legal)

Responsibilities
- Expertise in legal research, drafting, and client management
- Strong knowledge of corporate commercial law practices
- Strong Financial planning and wealth management experience (estates, deeds, trusts, private wealth management, HNIs management, capital market)
- Knowledge of local and international financial regulations (AML/KYC)
- Compliance experience with Nigerian regulatory bodies (CBN, SEC, CAC)
- Company Secretarial/corporate governance experience is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with keen attention to detail
Requirements
- Minimum of 2”1 in BL or LLB
- Minimum of 4 years post-call experience acquired in a reputable law firm, fiduciary or financual institution
