Financial Analyst at Synlab

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Analyze financial data and create models to support decision-making
• Prepare financial performance reports for management review
• Identify and drive process improvements with reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
• Forecasting, reporting, and tracking operational metrics
• Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements
• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts, recommend actions for optimization

Requirements:

• BSc/HND in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Banking & Finance
• 3 – 5 Years of relevant experience
• ICAN, ACCA, CFA desirable (Student Members can apply)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
• Strong Power BI skills required
• Proficiency in financial modeling
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good business acumen
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
