Finance Support Staff at Heartland Alliance

Duties and Responsibilities

• To scan and archive all financial documents as will be assigned.
• Assist with other clerical duties in the finance unit such as photocopying, printing and filing of documents and relevant correspondence appropriately in Arch folders.
• Exhibit due diligence and orderliness in scanning and archiving all finance documents in the database.
• Ensure confidentiality in handling all financial documents in their possession.
• Ensure appropriate and accurate referencing in the scan documents for archiving.
• Maintain HALG filing system in all financial documents.
• Perform other administrative duties as may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience

• Bsc/HND in Accounting or relevant field.
• Experience working in a finance department or setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent judgment and discretion in completing assignments, seeking approval as appropriate.
• Good attention to details.
• Excellent use of a computer and Microsoft applications.
