What You’ll Do
Keep our books clean: maintain accurate and timely financial records for all projects.
Support project budgets: track, monitor, and report on program expenditures.
Assist in preparing financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for management and donors.
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash transactions in line with policy.
Ensure compliance with donor guidelines, internal policies, and financial best practices.
Work with program staff to make sure every Naira is accounted for transparently.
Help strengthen internal controls and promote accountability across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For
A Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of accounting/finance experience (internship/volunteer work counts!).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (knowledge of accounting software is a plus).
Familiarity with NGO financial systems or donor compliance is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and committed to transparency.
A problem-solver who’s eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic NGO environment.
