Responsibilities

• Manage all financial operations of our non-profit project.
• Develop and implement financial strategies.
• Prepare and present financial reports.
• Ensuare compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage relationships with donors, grantors, and other financial partners.
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning.
• Conduct audits and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the executive team to make financial decisions

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance.
• Experience in a non-profit organization is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a financial management role.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
• Excellent team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to non-finance persons.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
