Finance Officer at Evans Industries

1. Monthly bank reconciliation statement and bank relationship management.
2. Daily cashflow reports and cash advance management.
3. Account payables management.
4. Petty cash management.
5. Monthly intercompany posting and reconciliations.
6. Accruals posting, general ledger reviews, reconciliation and control.
7. Payment to vendors through Electronic Funds
8. Transfer (EFT and Cheques).
9. Ensure Internal Control Compliance of all Commercial SOPs, Policies and Delegation of Authority Guide.
10. Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End closure and Reporting.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Treasury Management, preferably within the FMCG industry
3. Proficiency in ERP systems
4. Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills
5. High level of attention to detail
