Job Description

• We're hiring a Finance Manager to build and own the company's financial operations from the ground up - from bookkeeping and reporting to forecasting and financial controls. You'll create the financial infrastructure the business needs to scale responsibly.

Job Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reporting for leadership.
• Build financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
• Establish financial controls, policies, and SOPs to ensure accuracy and compliance as the company scales.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other external financial partners.
• Support fundraising efforts with financial data, projections, and investor reporting as needed.
• Evaluate and implement finance systems/tools to improve efficiency (accounting software, ERP, expense management).
• Build and lead a finance team as the business grows.

Requirements

• MBA preferred; Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 6-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, ideally including some experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong command of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
• Experience building finance processes and infrastructure from scratch or significantly overhauling them.
• Proficiency with accounting/finance software and advanced
• Excel/spreadsheet modeling.

Nice to have:

• CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience supporting a fundraising round or investor reporting process.
