Job Summary

• The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring sound financial management, accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective cash flow management.
• The role involves managing finances for both local and international procurement activities, B2B and B2C sales operations, inventory-related transactions, vendor payments, and overall financial planning to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial and accounting operations of the company.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow projections.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor financial activities relating to local and international procurement.
• Ensure accurate product costing, pricing, and profitability analysis.
• Supervise invoicing, collections, and credit control for B2B and B2C clients.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory remittances.
• Maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or ACA is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Experience in trading, procurement, supply chain, importation, or distribution businesses is highly preferred.
• Experience handling both local and international financial transactions.
• Knowledge of B2B and B2C business operations is an advantage.
