    Finance Manager

    About the Job

    As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of the company and driving strategic financial planning. You will work closely with the executive team to provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Develop financial models and perform analysis to support strategic decision-making.
    • Prepare regular financial statements, reports, and presentations for executive and board meetings.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, and Projects, to align financial goals with business objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with tax deductions, remittances, and filing.
    • Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.
    • Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and provide insights to drive performance improvement.
    • Manage cash flow, investment decisions, and capital budgeting processes.
    • Assist in fundraising activities, including preparing investor presentations and financial due diligence.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate tech sector.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • ACA/ACCA is an added advantage.
    • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-growing environment.
    • Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting practices, and financial analysis techniques.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
    • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial software systems.
    • Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Strong business acumen and ability to understand the intersection of finance and technology.
    • Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus.
