Job Description
The Finance Lead is responsible for;

• Ensuring the sound and sustainable operation of company financial management
• Leading month-end and year-end financial processes
• Overseeing the preparation of and presentation of financial reports, operating budgets, capital budgets and financial forecasts
• Reviewing and implementing financial procedures to facilitate proper management of the business
• Regularly reporting on the financial well-being of the organization
• Reviewing and managing the financial systems to ensure the integrity of the data
• As a member of the company Management Team, contributing to the team’s collective responsibilities for the overall effectiveness and improvement of the business
• Managing finance team.
• Ensuring the organization delivers within its agreed budgets by coordinating the budget planning process and providing relevant information to cost Centre managers including forecasting and accurate reporting of KPIs performance and expenditure against budget
• Providing timely and accurate financial management reports to the GCEO
