Finance Inventory Officer at BrandCo Nigeria Limited

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Inventory Officer located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Finance Inventory Officer will be responsible for managing inventory control, conducting inventory audits, and maintaining inventory records.
• The role requires using inventory management software and tools to track stock movement and availability, weekly inventory reconciliation with the store count and expected count on sage ERP/Odoo/vend system.
• Ensure timely and accurate inventory replenishment reconciliation with the outlets and systems transfer, developing strategies to optimize inventory levels, and regularly check and update inventory levels for all products in the retail store .
• Additionally, the Finance Inventory Officer will collaborate with various departments to support inventory management and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Relevant professional certifications e.g ICAN, ACCA or CFA or any related certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in a structured business environment.
• Inventory Control and Inventory Management skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• In depth knowledge of Accounting software and applications e.g Excel, SAGE, QuickBooks, Oracle.
