    Finance Inventory Officer

    1. Execution of stock taking excercise/inventory count
    2. Regularly check and update inventory levels for all products in the retail store.
    3. Use inventory management software and tools to track stock movement and availability
    4. weekly inventory reconciliation with the store count and expected count on sage ERP/Odoo/vendor system
    5. Ensure timely and accurate inventory replenishment reconciliation with the outlets and systems transfer
    6. Monitoring and completing inventory transfer between sales outlet and between warehouse and store on the vend and Sage ERP.
    7. Assist in training and supervising junior inventory staff
    8. Provide support to Warehouse Manager and Supervisors as regards challenging issues encountered at warehouse
